1. Services
Shah Consultants provides consulting and facilitation services for ISO and other global certifications. Final certification decisions are made by accredited certification bodies.
2. Fees
Our consulting fees are quoted upfront. Certification body fees are billed separately and may vary based on scope, locations and audit duration.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, maintain documentation and cooperate with auditors during the certification process.
4. Refunds
Consulting fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific refund terms are detailed in the engagement letter for each project.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and only share it with auditors strictly on a need-to-know basis.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the consulting fees paid for the specific engagement.
